DVF to require masks while in offices

While county mandates in Rutherford and Wilson Counties, Dempsey Vantrease & Follis have been lifted, Dempsey Vantrease & Follis will continue to require masks while in offices in both of our locations through October 31, 2020.

If you have questions or need additional information regarding services, communication is still available via phone, email, standard mail, and our secure lock boxes.

Doors now open to the public

Dempsey Vantrease & Follis is preparing to open our doors to the public on June 1st.  The well-being, health, and safety of our staff, clients and community remains our top priority. We have proactive hygiene practices in place throughout the office. The staff continues to practice social distancing in the office and wear masks when that is not possible.  While it is not mandatory that you wear a mask when you come to our office, we encourage you to do so if the situation does not allow you to social distance, or if it makes you feel more comfortable. We have also installed protective plexiglass barriers at the reception desks in Murfreesboro and Lebanon.

We will continue to provide the following options for clients to pick up returns and drop off information:

  • Email, fax or mail your tax information to us.  Each staff member has a link to their secure portal in their email signature.  Information uploaded to their portal is secure and cannot be seen by anyone else
  • If you prefer to drop your paperwork off, consider using the secure lock box.  The lock box is located on the back door in the Murfreesboro office and on the carport by the back door in the Lebanon office.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected everyone and presented challenging times for people and businesses around the globe. DVF has certainly appreciated your understanding as we’ve navigated these past few months. As we reopen our doors, our goal is to make everyone feel as safe as possible.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
