Barbara Sutton joined Dempsey Vantrease & Follis in 2002 when her firm Sutton & Associates merged with DVF.  She provides a wide range of services to individuals and businesses focusing on business operations and consulting. Ms. Sutton also has strong involvement in the areas of tax and estate planning, business financing, sales and purchases. She strives to meet each client’s specific needs in planning for their future and achieving their goals in an ever-changing financial and regulatory environment.

Her clients reflect a wide range of small and medium sized businesses, including professional services, wholesale and retail trade, restaurants, and service industries. Ms. Sutton has a specific focus on the healthcare field covering an extensive and diverse range of medical and dental clients in various phases of their practice from initial help with financing and proformas to operational reviews.
