Sharon Lynch joined Dempsey Vantrease & Follis in 2002 when DVF merged with Dan Canter & Associates. Her prior experience includes staff auditor with Lattimore, Black, Morgan & Cain and John Collingsworth, CPA. In 2011, Ms. Lynch became a partner in the Firm, and is responsible for overseeing the operations and audit department for the Firm’s Lebanon office.

Ms. Lynch’s experience includes planning and performing audit engagements for nonprofit and governmental organizations. She also has a wide range of tax preparation experience with individual, partnership, corporate and nonprofit information returns. Ms. Lynch works with a variety of clients, including construction and nonprofit and governmental organizations, and employee benefit plans.
